The
accommodation comprises of 1 large family bedroom consisting of twin beds and two singles, we do have a travel cot for up to 18months old and high chair if needed, there is a shower room, lounge diner and fully fitted kitchen. Smoking is not allowed in any part of the accommodation although you are welcome to smoke in the garden. |

village of Hickling is central to both the historic city of Norwich and
the Market town of Great Yarmouth, you are 4 miles from the nearest beach
at Sea Palling. There are two pubs in the village one in the centre and one that looks out over Hickling Broad the most unspoilt of all the broads |

£300 a week A £50 deposit per week is required with the balance being paid in full one week before holiday commences. |

A welcome
pack is provided which consists of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bacon, bread, butter,
and 6 of our own free range eggs.
There is parking to the right of the property
The premises must be vacated by 10am and entry is after 2pm.
